No mass production. We mill and kiln-dry each piece right here in our shop, preserving the character, grain, and story of the wood before turning it into something truly remarkable — just for you.

Out here, every board starts its life in the Ohio woods. We bring the logs back to the shop, mill them, kiln-dry them, and shape them ourselves. No chemicals, no weird glues, nothing artificial. Just real hardwood, handled with real hands. Pirate “helps” by watching closely and eating snacks.
